Find Strength Together
Those who are caregivers to individuals who have dementia face a unique set of challenges and often need support themselves. We understand how important it is to have a community of support from others on a similar journey – to share common concerns, struggles, and triumphs in a safe and understanding environment.
All support groups are free and registration is not required.

TLC Caregiver Support Group
Join us for a supportive space where family members and friends of individuals with dementia or memory impairments can connect. These groups provide an opportunity for care partners to share experiences, discuss challenges, and find solutions together in navigating daily life with dementia. Meetings are available across multiple locations in the service area.

This group offers a safe, welcoming and private setting for men to share their caregiving experiences and connect with others going through the same journey.

FTD Support Group
This group is for care partners whose loved one has received a diagnosis of frontotemporal degeneration. Get to know other families who are in a similar situation, while also learning practical caregiving tips and sharing personal concerns and successes.
